**All Roundtable reservations must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Reservations may be made online, via phone or in person. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start date will be fully refunded less a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No-Shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
